- No payment = No order.
- Sold items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund you.
- Payments must be made before the closing date of the particular pre-order. Otherwise, your order would be cancelled without prior notice.
- If our supplier scam, we're sorry, no refund.
Payment - Bank Transfer
- Cash deposit (for customers without bank account/atm card)
- Concealed cash is not allowed.
- Sorry, but we do not do meet-ups for payment. :(
- Transfer all funds to POSB savings 248-27020-9. For those who are doing cash deposit, we will give you our names upon confirming orders.
- Do take a clear picture of the receipt and send it to us so we know that you've transferred the money to us :)
Collection - Normal Postage ($1.50 for first item, $0.50 - $0.80 for subsequent items depending on the weight)
- We will not be responsible for damaged items through postage!
- Registered Postage - Strongly recommended! ($2.50 on top of normal postage)
- Please contact your nearest post office if you experienced lost mails.
- Meet-ups at only available at Boon Lay, to my convenience. However, it is negotiable :)
